How we've used your donations in the past year

Support through life

Demand for our support has more than doubled since 2018.

On average, your donations were helping us to support 167 people on any given day during 2025/26.

Health & wellbeing

Many people we supported had suffered serious or life-changing illness, or mental health issues like stress, anxiety and depression.

2 to 3 people a month were so desperate they felt suicidal.

Grants

We approved grants of almost £380,000 in one-off and regular grants to support more than 180 surveyors and family members in crisis or financial hardship.

Counselling 

We delivered more than 1,350 hours of professional counselling therapy, supporting 176 people when they needed it most.
