February

Welcome to the new LionHeart Corporate Partner Calendar. Each month we will be featuring content for our corporate partners and their staff, with the emphasis on subjects that affect everyone's health and wellbeing - in and out of work.

This February is.... a spotlight on Time to Talk Day.

The first Thursday in February is Time to Talk Day - backed by national mental health charities and billed as the nation's biggest mental health conversation.

Our focus this month is the importance of talking about mental health, and why people shouldn’t feel afraid of talking about it even - or especially! - in the workplace.

Check out some of the content below for some tips on how to start a conversation that might just improve someone's life - or maybe even save it.

Small conversations at work can add up to a big difference. But don't forget, if you need to talk to a professional, LionHeart has a team of support officers and qualified counsellors that offer different talking therapies.

Talking can change lives, or even save them -but it doesn’t have to be about the big conversations, the little connections are so important too.
