Financial worries affect most of us at some point in our lives. A sudden change in circumstances, especially if it's unexpected, can have a real impact on your finances and leave you struggling to make ends meet.

Trying to reduce the effect that having less cash has on you and your family can be really tough to do on your own. You might also feel embarrassed to admit your situation or ask for help. 

At LionHeart, you will find someone who is ready to listen and help without judgment. Every day, we help RICS professionals who have money worries: perhaps they have lost their jobs or are facing ill-health that has left them unable to work.

If you are struggling financially, we can offer:

LionHeart Grants
Our grants are available if you meet certain criteria. For example, if you have less money coming in than going out each month during a time of difficult financial circumstances brought about unexpected events such as ill-health or redundancy. 

Back to Work Scheme
Our Back to Work service offers access to employment specialists, which can include one to one careers coaching and a wealth of online resources.


Our counselling service will give you access to a qualified counsellor who will work with you to help you to find ways forward.

Debt Help
Our excellent debt service partners can help you to tackle your debts and make plans for a debt-free future. 

Legal Helpline
We can offer you one hour of free advice and information from our legal experts.

Money Management Training  
One of the best ways t
o avoid getting into financial difficulty is to plan for the future as much as possible, which is why LionHeart brought in financial experts to deliver money management workshops and webinars for RICS professionals, as well as retirement planning sessions.

Signposting and benefits advice
The benefits system can be very complicated and subject to change. Our experienced support officers will be happy to discuss your specific circumstances and help you navigate the system if you may be entitled to state help.
