We are keen to help employers sign up to the national Time to Change Pledge and demonstrate a commitment to changing people’s attitudes towards mental health.
Time to Change is a national campaign which aims to end mental health discrimination, delivered in partnership by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, and funded by the Department of Health, Comic Relief and Big Lottery Fund.
The Employer Pledge aims to ensure workplaces across England open up to mental health problems and encourage staff to talk and to listen.
Here at LionHeart, we've practised what we preach and recently signed up ourselves to make sure we're offering each other the best support possible.

What is the Time to Change Employer Pledge?
When you sign the Employer Pledge you demonstrate your commitment to change how we think and act about mental health in the workplace and make sure that employees who are facing these problems feel supported.
By signing the Pledge you will join a growing movement of more than 400 employers in England across all sectors from FTSE 100 companies and leading retailers to Government departments and local authorities.
As part of signing the pledge you will be required to write an action plan detailing what your organisation intends to do to demonstrate its commitment around mental health.
Signing the Pledge will also give you the opportunity to attend master class events to find out what others are doing, and help you recruit workplace champions to help drive the campaign forward.
