Programme

Welcome to the LionHeart Corporate Partner Calendar. Each month we will be featuring content for our corporate partners and their staff, with the emphasis on subjects that affect everyone's health and wellbeing - in and out of work.
This October, our focus is on mental health and self-care.
As the days get colder and darker it can be very common for people to experience
lower mood. In the month of World Mental Health Day, we're highlighting mental health and in particular the importance of self-care, including the small changes that people can make to help lift their mood and promote a better sense of wellbeing.
Last year, almost a fifth of people who called the LionHeart helpline did so due to poor mental health, including stress and burnout. While the resources below are aimed at awareness and prevention, we would encourage any RICS professionals who are struggling with their mental health to contact us for confidential one-to-one support.
