How we're making a difference
At LionHeart, we believe that no RICS professional should face a challenge alone and we pride ourselves on making a difference - even at the most difficult times in life.
Each year, our support team helps people through problems big and small, with tailored support ranging from confidential advice and emotional support, to financial grants and counselling, legal or work-related help.
We've seen demand for our support more than double in recent years.
Our annual Impact Report aims to give a flavour of our work to help surveyors and their families - and how your donations help us to keep making that difference, now and in the future.
Impact Report 2026

On average, our support services team was helping 167 different people on any given day in 2025/26.
We approved grants worth £380,000 to support more than 180 people facing financial crisis.
Our team delivered 1,350 hours of professional counselling - and thousands more hours of advice, guidance and emotional support.
Almost a fifth of people called the helpline due to poor mental health, including stress, with 1 in 10 specifically seeking counselling.
2 to 3 people a month were so desperate they had expressed thoughts of suicide.
We helped hundreds more with work related or legal problems, in total offering support in 30 different countries.
