Finance Manager

Two year fixed term contract

LionHeart is part way through an ambitious five-year strategy to deliver more services to members of the RICS community along with associated organisational growth. As part of this expansion we are looking for a Finance Manager. This is a new role to support the increase in activity and to continue providing great financial support and business partnering across our organisation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a qualified accountant who understands charity finance and wants to use their skills to make a difference to the people we help. Experience in the not for profit sector is important for the role, along with financial and management accounting experience and experience of managing a finance team.

We’re looking for someone to work 4 or 5 days per week (28 to 35 hours).

What we offer:

LionHeart supports a combination of remote and office working and we expect that there will be a requirement to attend the LionHeart office in Birmingham three times a month for team meetings, other meetings and training events.
